One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits are used. If you purchased the wrong pack and have not used the credits, contact support for review.
Subscriptions
You may cancel renewal from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved by support.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe a payment was duplicated or charged in error, contact support with your account email, order time, and payment details.
