These terms explain how you may use Product MakeImg to create AI product images for your business.

Product MakeImg is an independent product-image workflow that routes requests to third-party AI providers. Nano Banana uses Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image. Nano Banana 2 uses Google Gemini 3.1 Flash Image. GPT Image 2 requests are served through our ThinkAI relay or compatible provider integration. Product MakeImg is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.
Account and credits
Some features require an account and available credits. Credits may be consumed when a generation or edit request completes successfully.
Uploaded content
Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, or harmful.
Prohibited content
You may not use Product MakeImg to request, generate, edit, upload, or distribute adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexual, sexually explicit, exploitative, illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, or otherwise prohibited content. Prompt-based generation requests are reviewed by content moderation before image generation and may be blocked.
Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but AI generation, third-party providers, storage, and payment services may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
